Привет, меня зовут Егор и я зависимый. Когда я пришел в сообщество Анонимные Наркоманы, у меня была проблема исключительно с наркотиками. На тот момент я думал, что если брошу употреблять, моя жизнь станет намного лучше, с другой стороны я не понимал, как я вообще могу без них жить. На сегодняшний день моя проблема — болезнь зависимость, симптомы которой проявляются во всех сферах моей жизни. Одним из серьёзных проявлений моей болезни является похоть. В начале своего выздоровления я слышал на группах о том, что первый год не рекомендуется заводить отношения с противоположным полом, и я пытался этому следовать. Я ставил границы на бывшую девушку потому, что в плане секса она мне была доступна, да и вообще я был уверен, что только отношения с ней могут увести меня от программы, в дальнейшем так и произошло, но об этом позже.
Первые семь месяцев выздоровления я ходил на группы, задавал темы про похоть, отношения, и т.д., когда меня это беспокоило, а беспокоило меня это часто. Я применял «правило трех м» и какое-то время мне это помогало. На седьмом месяце чистоты я начал потихоньку отказываться от выздоровления и проводить время с подругой из употребления, надеясь на то, что она мне даст. В итоге я добился своего, но этот секс был не такой, каким я его себе представлял, я не мог себе позволить все с этой девушкой. Вскоре мне написала бывшая девушка, на которую у меня стояли границы, и я без колебаний согласился с ней встретиться. Мы встретились и вот тогда-то, и началась вся жара. Полгода все мои сексуальные фантазии воплощались, мной управляла похоть, которая сопровождалась компульсивным поведением, неуправляемостью и безумием. Мне все было доступно с этой девушкой, и я активно этим пользовался. Мне казалось, что у меня все хорошо в жизни и мне незачем посещать собрания АН и вообще как-либо руководствоваться этой программой. Наступил момент, когда моему эмоциональному и психическому равновесию пришел конец. Я представлял себе сцены группового порно с моей девушкой, при чем, без моего участия. В конце концов, мы разошлись, я лишился комфорта во всем и особенно в сексе.
Меня посетило безумие, я не вернулся в программу, максимум, что я тогда сделал, это позвонил анонимному и встретился с ним, дабы избежать срыва. Дальше я пытался искать секс и счастье во внешнем мире, в девушках, сексе, тусовках и т.д. Я ходил по клубам, по местам, где был сплошной разврат, наркотики, пьяные бабы, бухло и все остальные сладости жизни.
Когда наступило полное отчаяние и дно моей трезвости, я вернулся на группы и стал посещать их ежедневно. Я вернулся к шагу, стал его писать и делать. Все это дерьмо я вынес в первом шаге и разобрал его, а второй шаг помог мне не допускать больше такого безумия.
Сейчас я пытаюсь руководствоваться программой, делаю выводы и та жизнь несравнима с нынешней. Я не готов больше идти на поводу у похоти и допускать в свою жизнь такую неуправляемость и безумие, хотя меня частенько посещает мысль об этом. Свою похоть я разбираю с руководством и ручкой в руках и рядом сидящим анонимным братом, а все мои действия зависят от меня. Спасибо.

Привет, меня зовут Саша, я зависимый. Тема похоти для меня очень актуальна на данный момент и с тех пор, как из моей жизни ушли наркотики, это чувство всплывает в моей жизни практически каждый день.
Начну с того времени, как я оказался в реабилитационном центре около полутора года тому назад. Где-то через месяц моей трезвости, меня начала долбить похоть к одной девочке, что делать с этим я не знал. Я все время раскручивал это у себя в голове и не мог остановиться, мне это очень мешало, все мои мысли были сосредоточены на ней. У нас стали зарождаться отношения, после чего меня попросили покинуть центр.
На данный момент я нахожусь в отношениях, но поддаваясь чувству похоти, я нанес много ущерба своей второй половинке. У меня постепенно пропал к ней интерес, мне резко захотелось всех окружающих меня девушек, кроме нее. Я стал флиртовать и общаться с другими, регистрировался на сайтах знакомств, позволял себе общаться с девушками, которые выпивали при мне. Из-за своей похоти я практически ничего этого не замечал, а после, на утро, я был совершенно разбит, состояние было такое, как будто я сам весь вечер бухал. Бывали моменты, когда я приходил на группу, видел какую-нибудь красивую девушку и всю группу раскручивал у себя в голове, как я знакомлюсь с ней и занимаюсь сексом в разных позах. Когда группа заканчивалась, я понимал, что всю группу просидел в этих мыслях, никого не слушая. У нас с девушкой начались скандалы по этому поводу, она стала пытаться больше контролировать меня, и часто мое общение с другими женщинами всплывало наружу. Я стал чаще обманывать ее, всячески отмазываясь и пытаясь себя оправдать.
В итоге, я стал замечать, что похоть все больше и больше начинает мешать мне в жизни и мне нужно что-то с этим делать. На данный момент я нашел для себя способ проработки похоти. Я использую такие же инструменты, как и при борьбе с тягой, когда она возникает. Я стараюсь не разгонять эти мысли, всячески переключаюсь на любые действия, молюсь. Эти инструменты начали реально помогать мне, применяя их, я не наношу ущерба ни себе, ни своей девушке. Когда я начинаю сильно гнать по девушкам, я звоню и общаюсь с кем-нибудь из сообщества АН, эти люди часто возвращают мне здравомыслие, благодаря им я вижу, какие могут быть последствия у моих действий.
Однако, я не бессилен перед своими дальнейшими действиями. Я осознаю, что находясь в отношениях, я несу ответственность не только за себя и идти на поводу у своих желаний без последствий для окружающих и себя я не могу. У меня по-прежнему возникают ситуации, когда я начинаю гнать и ничего не замечаю, ослепленный этим чувством, но со временем таких моментов становится меньше.

Привет, меня зовут Марк и я зависимый. Похоть для меня это ежедневное, неуправляемое и непреодолимое желание удовольствия. В торче я устраивал вечеринки в ночных клубах, там я комфортно употреблял и искал себе девушек на ночь. В трезвости я продолжил заниматься организацией вечеринок, но вместо употребления наркотиков я «употреблял» женщин. Позже, я встретил девушку, с который мы сейчас живем вместе, и все свои больные фантазии я направил на нее. Я живу с ней уже больше полугода, и у нас случаются конфликты из-за того, что я постоянно думаю только об одном. Я могу забить на все повседневные дела или на какие-то рабочие моменты, могу безответственно подойти к другим делам или оставить их на потом из-за своей похоти. Я отслеживал за собой, что иногда это просто желание от головы, физически я не хочу секса, а голова моя мне рассказывает, что надо, что хорошо было бы сейчас этим заняться. Будучи в отношениях я сорвался, начал употреблять наркотики, курить траву и быстро скатился на свое дно. Я завел себя в самоизоляцию, работал дома. Моя девушка приходила домой с работы, а я целый день мог просидеть дома и ждать ее. Я мог даже не разговаривать с ней, а тупо начать приставать, чтобы удовлетворить свою похоть. Из-за таких моментов мы часто ссорились и опять же, я ничего не мог с этим поделать. Сейчас я посещаю собрания АН, я не пытаюсь углубляться в свою похоть, просто знаю, что это ненормально, она мне мешает развиваться. Думаю, что работа по шагам сможет мне помочь разобраться глубже в данном вопросе.
